Italian Village Authentic Pizzeria

Food is always great, workers are often rude. Called in an order and couldn't get two words out without guy saying "carry out or delivery"? I mean geez isn't that a question your can ask at anytime without interrupting? Then after I started ordering, after every short pause, he would say "will that be all, will that be all"... And finally when I could say yes that will be all, he said "25 minutes", I said thank you and he said "Yep". I've overreacting with third graders with more manners and customer service knowledge.

Have burned my food many times in the last few weeks... will not apologize or replace the food... Very arrogant and unprofessional

This used to be one of our favorite pizza places, but after a few lackluster visits . we stopped going. However wedecided to give them a second chance. Carryout a large pizza with multiple toppings. The pizza was very good and the price was reasonable and the staff was very helpful. Glad we tried themagain and we will be going back.

Havent been here in awhile but was in the mall shopping for my daughter a dress & she wanted to eat there so we did. We ordered pizza & it was so good as always! Glad we stopped here to eat. Prices are fair for great Italian food. Staff is friendly. Would highly recommend! Wish they had a location near me in Bristol!

Great pizza with fast service. When we arrived there was a line well out into the lobby but it moved quickly and were still able to get in and out in less than an hour. Both the New York and Sicilian pizzas are fantastic with the former being offered by the slice if your dining alone. The store is run by the same group as Rafael's so you get many of the same items on the menu and the same great ingredients. This is a restaurant that stood the test of time holding out as the rest of the mall failed and as they have started the rework of the mall it remains the only eatery I would recommend there.

I was visiting my mom and we were in the mall and I could smell the fresh pizza. So we decided to eat lunch there. There was a full crowd at 1 PM on Sat. We got a slice of pizza, side salad, and grill chicken salad. All excellent and salads were fresh. Chicken was grilled to order. I will come back on my next visit to area.

Very disappointed! After hearing such good things about the Italian Village..asked for mushrooms on my pizza had to wait another 5 minutes just for them to throw cold mushrooms on it. Won't be going back!

Tasty pizza! Today was the first time I've been to Italian Village in over 20 years. We got a large Sicilian pizza to share, and it was delicious. There were a couple surprises though. I did not expect having to use paper plates...or not having a slice server/spatula for the pizza. The pizza was good though, so that's what mattered most.

Don't know much about the place but seems shady. They keep trying to repeat your entire cc# and other personal information over the phone. If you need me to repeat the number fine, but not you. Idk if someone close by is trying to steal CC info, (this was the manager happened 12-2-19 at 6:00pm), also after they took my order and said it's on its way they called back wanting to repeat my CC again after they had already said it way paid for. I'm good you all. Keep the food my person financial information should be kept confidential.

Great little hidden gem. Sandwiches are good. Chicken parmigiana is huge and good. Kids love the pizzas.

Burned food again...no apologies...they say take it or leave it

We were very disappointed! We waited for a good while and even went to the counter to check on the food. Our sub was sitting there at the grill while we waited for the pizza. The "cook" said it'd be another couple minutes. It was pepperoni, but it was soaked in grease and the crust was so hard and definitely overcooked. We don't go to the mall often, and was looking forward to a good meal. Very disappointed.

10 out of 10 Exceptional food. If I could pack this place up and bring It with me back to South Carolina I would. We eat here every time we visit Kingsport. The servings are large and oh so yummy. I have never been disappointed. The beer is very expensive though. Lol. Order it to go, pick up your booze, and Drink at home!

My favorite pizza in Kingsport. We mostly order the Sicilian supreme square. It's loaded, thick and heavy. This place has been around for years for a reason and I don't see it going anywhere! 🇮🇹🍝

Ticket number was lost and was not served in order and order was not hundred percent accurate. Food was delicious and correction was made. It's a place I will still go to and recommend. Each trip gives different experiences. Overall still a great family time and food experience. However, in my 💓⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I have been coming to this place since I was a child. I will throw out a suggestion for anyone that likes Italian food: try a Spinach Calzone!!!!

Italian Village is gem! It has been a part of the Kingsport Mall for as long as I can remember. They have the best NY style pizza around. All of the food on the menu is great! Italian Villiage is definitely a great place to grab a meal or snack!

My favorit place for pizza .Not only pizza but every type of Italian style food. Food is excelent .staff is polite and service is good .Weather your Italian or not if you like real italian food this is the best place in TN to go.This is the closest to real italian New York style pizza you can ever get .They brought to me the best and most flavorful food clossest to my old home .
